On the Contract form (due upon payment of the $400 initial deposit), you must agree to the following terms:

• Proof of medical insurance is due by 25 June 2023.

• Anyone whose application cannot be accepted will have all payments refunded.
• Refund requests postmarked before May 1, 2023, are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations postmarked from May 1 to June 14, 2023, will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations postmarked after June 14, 2023, will be subject to a $1000 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations postmarked after June 25, 2023, are subject to an $1800 cancellation fee.
• As of July 20, 2023, there are no refunds.
• Although Lèkowa Afrika reserved the right to cancel the tour anytime and refund the participants.
